Considering they were done by an anti trump Pac and not a pro Cruz Pac, that its illegal to coordinate campaign and Pac work, and Cruz has said they were inappropriate, yeah we have some pretty good evidence that they aren't from Cruz.

Fact is trump knows they aren't and if he somehow doesn't we should probably be criminally investigating whether trump is illegally coordinating with pacs.

Trump at the time of the tweet thought is was from the Cruz camp, but his response was back to who made the tweet (don Vito) and as soon as Cruz told him it was not them then he stopped the attack on Heidi Cruz.

And more to the point why should Cruz be denouncing photographs he didn't use when trump didn't denounce them when they were being used to benefit his campaign? I didn't see you outraged these past 9 months when they were posted on the forum and the trumpets were saying how hott she was and how awesome it would be to have her as the first lady.
