None has been more significant in 2020 and 2021 than that of Georgia Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger for standing up to Trump and telling him that his election "data" was wrong. In so doing, Raffensperger placed the good of his state and of his country above trying to protect his own political future.
Trumpanzees will of course vote him out of office in 2022 for defying their messiah, but he will always be remembered as a man who put principle, the Constitution of the United States and the American people first by defying a demigod wannabe's efforts to steal an election.
