“Fifty percent of the population in Gaza are children. The international community as well as the United States should be prepared to welcome refugees from Palestine while being very careful to vet and not allow members of Hamas,” said Rep. Jamaal Bowman, a New York member of the Socialist-Democratic “Squad” who remains under investigation for pulling a fire alarm in the House Cannon Office Building earlier this month.
But Republicans have already slammed the door shut on the issue.
Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Rick Scott (R-Fla.) said they would oppose Palestinian resettlement efforts here.
“The U.S. is the most generous nation in the world, but we are in no position to accept additional refugees, especially from a region with as high a risk of terrorism, given our nation’s inability to secure our own border or vet those who are already here,” Rubio told The Post.

By credible estimates there are at least 8 to 10 million more migrants in the USA than there were in January 2021. Hundreds of thousands of these were 'gottaways' who eluded the CBP and we have no idea who they are, where they are, what they are doing, what are there intentions.

All major cities where migrants have been dumped by the Administration have their resources stretched to the breaking point. Migrants are housed in upscale NY hotels complete with valet and room service, are stashed in tent camps, have swelled the population of the homeless to at least double, and are utilizing hundreds of billions of dollars of American resources every year. All migrants are entitled to subsidized housing, free education for their children, free health care at urgent cares and emergency rooms and are hospitalized as necessary, free legal counsel and numerous other perks all at taxpayer expense.

A caravan of 7000 is now making its way to our southern border and is growing in size at the rate of a 1000 or more every day. Some estimated 25,000 Chinese nationals, almost all military age single men arrived in recent weeks, all were waved on in, and nobody knows where they are or what they are doing or what they intend. Child and sex trafficking is epidemic as many, maybe most women and many children are raped at least once by cartels and other bad actors.

Our fearless leader and his stooges all claim the border is closed. However this week our fearless leader admitted we are out of room and is offering to pay other countries to house some of our migrant population.

So sure. In the face of all that, by all means let's take in 1 million Gaza refugees. But I want them housed in the White House and in the homes of the Squad members and maybe in the homes and offices of anybody who votes for that.
