Plenty of black voices have made this argument about Obama's tenure, and rightly so. It is only news to white folks who avoid black folks, and white supremacists who are always looking for a black guy or two who mouth (for very different reasons) what they want said in a feckless attempt to paint what they advocate as nonracist.
