Obama, Carter, Grant, Andrew Johnson, and LBJ should be on the bottom.
You didn't even include Abe Lincoln.

PRESIDENTS OF THE LAST 98 YEARS! Grant, Andrew Johnson, and Abe Lincoln were President a half century before the start of this time period.

Because 98 years ago is when Warren G. Harding started his term as President. If you said 100 years, you would only be including Woodrow Wilsons last two years in office.

I don't know what you're trying to prove with this....but it's clearly a waste of everybody's time.
How about starting a poll of the top presidents in the last decade while we're at it.
If one were to really want to know how everyone compared to everyone else, why not include everyone? What is the significance of just a set period of time compared to the rest of our history? One would think you're trying to manipulate the poll.

According to the bureau of labor statistics, that's false. Bush had record low unemployment for 7 out of his 8 years in office. It was only in his last 6 months in office that the unemployment rate stayed above 5% and went up from there. The much higher levels of unemployment were reached during the first years of the Obama administration.
