just found out today there was a buyer beware clause that stated the lender do their own due diligence themselves and not take anything stated as accurate,,Has the loan been paid? Is the bank complaining about the loan? Real estate appraisers appraise the property at or above Trump's proposed value. Nobody pays back taxes based on what they decide to list their house for. That is ridiculous as is this entire lawsuit. Pure political theatre.
