I was told that circumstantial evidence couldn’t convict anyone when it was Trump, but I agree with you it could be used to convict someone.

The circumstantial evidence gathered to date is proof beyond a reasonable doubt only to the right wing hacks who truly just want to believe.

There won’t be an impeachment inquiry because there won’t be a vote on the floor of the House to open one.

that is quite a difference between property appraiser and the owner.

Owner dilemma if you value it to high then you pay more taxes.

Still the interesting thing is that Trump might have sold the property to one of his or his sons corporations.

Then make a point to show that you are not.

The discrepancy is huge but if Trump believes that it is wrong then he should go to the appraisal office and say what the value is and pay the taxes. Just because home owners want to believe their property is worth more than the appraisal is common but it will be appraised by a third party.

The issue of what a buyer is willing to pay is not the issue. The issue is if Trump uses the property as collateral for a loan. Then defaults on that loan.

assessment for taxs is never even close to true property value,,

I just refinanced mine and got an appraisal at 180K and reassessed for taxs at 90K that we are contesting along with most of the other people in my county that are contesting high appraisals,,,

That is why lenders will get their own appraisal from a source they trust

They do not take the word of the homeowner and do realize tax records are just starting points.

Has the loan been paid? Is the bank complaining about the loan? Real estate appraisers appraise the property at or above Trump's proposed value. Nobody pays back taxes based on what they decide to list their house for. That is ridiculous as is this entire lawsuit. Pure political theatre.

just found out today there was a buyer beware clause that stated the lender do their own due diligence themselves and not take anything stated as accurate,,

If that is the case, then I have no idea how this ruling could stand. It is already bordering on absurd and this would just push it over the edge.
