Bombing Gaza has been proven to be unable to defeat Hamas. In order to defeat Hamas, Israel must launch a large scale ground offensive. Or alternatively grant a state to the Palestinians under the condition that no Islamists may govern. Can you please tell us what exactly is the difference beside the fact that Israeli fire causes more damage and deads?

First show that they were civilians that Isreal fired at. If they were around a rocket launcher then they were terrorists/militia. Also the UN has declared qassams to be illegal weapons making the firing of them a war crime.

Firing at a populated areas, if there are terrorists in it or not, means that many civilians will die.

No. If the civilians don´t move, Israel cannot bomb there. If Israel bombs nevertheless, it is a war crime. You must know that those civilians are humans, too. If the Israeli government cares as little about their survival as Hamas, what makes it better than Hamas?
