God is the only rational explanation for why anything exists at all. Science has tried to come up with explanations that exclude a Creator, but they are nothing but guesses. Many, if not all of them, defy science and logic. For instance, some scientists claim that energy has always existed. This is impossible since nothing physical can be eternal. It violates the law of cause and effect. That leaves us with the question of where energy came from. The problem is that it is impossible for something physical to create itself. The only reasonable answer is that someone created it. And don't even bother insulting our intelligence by asking who created God. For one, God is not physical. The laws of physics do not apply to Him. He created them. Bottom line. The universe requires a Creator. Nothing else makes any sense.

Science has tried to come up with explanations that exclude a Creator
Actually, that's not at all what scientific researchers have done. What they have done is look for incontrovertible evidence that theistic claims about the nature and existence of God are true. So far, no such incontrovertible evidence have been found.

Insofar as you think that's what scientists have done, you should probably review how the scientific method works.

FWIW, there's a pretty essay on this website that takes on each of the major arguments for the existence of God. You should read it.

This is silly. You can still agree with every accepted scientific theory and say, "God did that!". You should give up this false dichotomy...your attempts to undermine science will always fail.

Why? There had to be a first cause for everything. That cause must also be eternal, with no beginning or end. This is required because an infinite regression of causes is a scientific impossibility. As I already explained, nothing physical can create itself. It's a scientific fact. God is not physical. He is immaterial and eternal. So He had no Creator. I don't know why you people are having a problem with this. It's simple logic.

Then perhaps you could tell us where the universe came from. It is a scientific fact that nothing physical can create itself.

The universe came from the Big Bang. What was before that and how the BB came to be is still unknown. But at least scientists are looking, as opposed to theists, who aren't even looking for any proof.

As I have stated multiple times already, nothing physical can create itself. Also, consider this. Space and time are a part of the physical universe. So where and when did the BB happen if there was no where or when yet? No matter what theories scientists come up with, they cannot escape the reality that the universe requires a cause. That cause must be eternal since you cannot have an infinite regression of causes. What does that leave us? The only rational explanation is a Creator.

Back up what you said with science, otherwise you have only a theory.

Hmm...Let's see here. The bit about space and time is part of the General Theory of Relativity. Perhaps you've heard of it? There is also the LAW of cause and effect. This is basic science 101. Could you really be this ignorant? The universe is not eternal. It had a beginning. Since it could not create itself, the only reality that exists is that someone created it. Simple logic.

No science in what you just said, I mean links to real studies... by real scientists... that conclude what you just said.

How is God not a guess?

Also, which God?

Yahweh? Krishna? Allah? Odin? Zeus? Ik Onkar? (That's the God of the Sihks, the world's fourth largest religion, BTW.)

So imagine you spend your whole life worshiping Jesus, and then you get to heaven and its' the Sihk God without a gender who is in charge.

Why is it important that others accept your concept of how the Universe came into creation?

Believe what you want, let others believe what they want.

Because he knows that his ideas are without foundation and finding people who agree with him would validate his theories for himself.

The Bible has never been proven wrong about anything. There are also no contradiction about doctrine. Think about that. It was written by about 40 different authors over a 1500 year period and they all agree with each other. Do you have any clue just how impossible that is?
