Harry enjoys the attention he gets playing little tin dictator of the Senate. He knows he can't get away with stuffing Vegas ballot boxes again, so this is his last dance. He knows his days are numbered being in the majority for his last term. So what does he do? Kills the filibuster rule the Senate has used for decades...once 67, then 60, now 51. Why? Because he could.

Harry was MAD...tired of following the rules, doesn't really care what the outcome will be other than a chance to stick out his bony old chest and seem important. What Harry doesn't seem to get is that in January, 2015 he won't be able to get the minutes read without 51 votes. Harry has threatened the "nuclear option" ever since 2007....now he's done it.....to himself.
