Just when you thought you had the rootin’ tootin’ shootin’ sociopaths at the National Rifle Association all figured out, they go and do something like this.

Mere hours after Democrats took over the Senate floor to filibuster in support of common sense gun legislation, the NRA agreed that the terrorist-gap loophole should be closed. The lack of laws to keep guns out of the hands of suspected terrorists who have been placed on the FBI’s watch list was one of the major causes of the deadliest shooting in United States history at a gay club in Orlando, Florida last Sunday.

While filibustering Democrats, who were lead by gun control proponent Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT), are hoping for two gun safety law victories today, the NRA folding on this issue is a big win for America. We’re still waiting to hear what Wayne LaPierre and his cronies have to say about the other proposed measure, which is designed to require universal background checks for all gun purchases in the U.S.

I expect he knows all that, but he also knows that his adversaries, like Mitch McConnell, are a bunch of PUSSYS.

The Republican Congress, lead by Boehner, McConnell, and Ryan, the presiding PUSSYS...are going down in history....as THE PUSSY CONGRESS.

They caved, and did not put up a fight for...ANY legislation which Barack Obama could have vetoed, or Harry Reid could have filibustered...and turn instead to seeing how calm and safe they could make things seem, so that they could achieve that objective for which they spend all of their time....collecting money for their re-election.

They let Obama borrow and charge to the Public Credit, 10 Trillion Dollars...which he used to buy votes for Socialists, or to funnel money to Political Cronies.

And these Pussys whined among themselves about being cursed with a Base of Voters, who are too ignorant to understand the 60 vote rule in the Senate or the veto power of the President.

It did not occur to them to AT LEAST RAISE HELL...Ted Cruise was the only one with the Balls to raise Hell....and they hated and envied him for it.
