You are. Comey’s testimony was that “parts of the Dossier were unverified” because at the time of his testimony, they had just received it and were still working to verify it. Since that time more of the allegations have been confirmed, including its basic claim that the Russians were conducting a well funded long term campaign of propaganda and misinformation to get Trump elected.
