Remember when we thought ...

I can remember when I believed that our government and law enforcement would fight FOR our rights as guaranteed under the Constitution.

Well, we're all young and foolish once.

Who's rights exactly?

Yours or mine?

Seems to me you want everyone fighting for yours, but you want jack shit for anyone who disagrees with you. That's not 'our rights', asshole.

You should take that up with the head of the executive branch. You know, the one Constitutionally charged with enforcement of the laws.

Now what was his name again? :eusa_think:

Consider it’s the fundamental nature of the state (government, police, etc) to attempt to violate our rights and aggrandize power and authority. The Constitution and its case law is the weapon the people use to seek remedy to such violations in the venue of the Federal courts.

This is transpiring exactly as the Framers foresaw and intended.
