Republican activists to start court case to keep Trump off the ballot in 2024.

His failure to send help to the Capitol for 5 hours after the insurrection started, and his tweet to the mob that Mike Pence had betrayed him

You are so full of crap, you can't even get your narrative straight here.

First, if you had bothered to listen to, or read that Vanity Fair article, with a critical eye, you would see, it was Christofer Miller that screwed the pooch, not Trump. Trump clearly told him, "You do what you need to do."

He wasn't talking to a crowd, so obviously it couldn't have been his typical hyperbole for political bluster's sake.

". . .The president, Miller recalled, asked how many troops the Pentagon planned to turn out the following day. “We’re like, ‘We’re going to provide any National Guard support that the District requests,’” Miller responded. “And [Trump] goes, ‘You’re going to need 10,000 people.’ No, I’m not talking bullshit. He said that. And we’re like, ‘Maybe. But you know, someone’s going to have to ask for it.’” At that point Miller remembered the president telling him, “‘You do what you need to do. You do what you need to do.’ He said, ‘You’re going to need 10,000.’ That’s what he said. Swear to God.”

Thus? The lack of the standing order, was all the fault, of Miller, NOT Trump.

Second, you are in one breath, trying to blame a violent mob riot, and a legislative legal strategy, all on Trump. The riot, gets in the way of the legal strategy. Don't you see? Your logic makes not a lick of sense. The two actions, in reality, conflict with each other.

Yet? You disingenuously want to roll the whole ball up into an. . .

Anyone that has watched that capitol police chief Steven A. Sund interview with Tucker, has had just about enough of this silliness. . .

The anti Trump desperation and fear of letting voters decide is delicious. :muahaha:

That's what Mitch McConnell said after the First Impeachment, and the voters decided, overwhelmingly, that they want Trump out of the White House. Trump refused to leave, and continues to falsely claim the election was stolen.

Trump continues to promote attacks against his "enemies", which includes the prosecutors, judges, and witnesses who testify against him. Nearly everybody involved in the cases has security protecting them.

Republicans are now going to use the courts to keep Trump off the ballot - permanently.

There doesn't need to be a trial and he doesn't need to be convicted of anything. His failure to send help to the Capitol for 5 hours after the insurrection started, and his tweet to the mob that Mike Pence had betrayed him, is all the evidence the SC needs that Trump gave aid and comfort to a Rebellion, in violation of his oath to uphold the Constitution.

There have already been hundreds of convictions and judges legal opinions and decisions that an insurrection occurred. Proof that Trump encouraged it exists in the public record - that Tweet.

Trump doesn't have a leg to stand on.
Your trailer park ignorance makes me smile, old witch.

On your best day, you don't make a festering boil on President Trump's sphincter ring, but you keep dutifully plugging away like a little marxist drone.

You get a prize:

Because its the wrong thing to do and its not in line with our values to keep a popular man off the ballot because you can't beat him....
If this becomes normal it will happen to you one day....
Trump took one dump on the Constitution already and last December he called for the termination of the Constitution.
Trump got you mixed up in the head as to what's right and what's wrong. You adopted Trump's definition, namely everything that's good for Trump is right and everything that isn't good for Trump is wrong. And now you can't tell shit from shinola anymore.

They're not Republicans. They're RINOS.

And the Constitution is the Constitution.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

How many votes you got in the House and Senate?

Show me the man, I will show you the crime.
This will be a difficult uphill battle, as there hasn't been a trial.
Trump clearly is disqualified under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, the consequence of his treasonous act of fomenting an insurrection against the United States, seeking to lawlessly overturn a fair, honest, and accurate election, and violating the voting rights of the American people.

And the American people are at liberty to prevent Trump from becoming president via the political process.

Republican activists and constitutional law specialists are looking to commence a legal action to be taken to the Supreme Court ahead of the 2024 election, disqualifying Donald Trump from the 2024 Presidential election underr Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.

The groups are looking for a red state to strike Trump's name from the ballot. This will trigger an immediate law suit from individuals with standing, to keep him on the ballot, and the case will be designed to go to the SC, in advance of the election.

Trump is toast.
They know he hasn't got a chance in the general election.

They better be careful. Setting that precedent will cost them half their congressional seats.

Insurrection? Nope Riot? Yup

The actual trial will clear Trump
Disqualification is a political – not judicial – process, not unlike impeachment, having nothing to do with a trial.

Although there’s no Federal law that codifies a disqualification mechanism, the states are at liberty to disqualify Trump.

And again, the American people have the power to disqualify Trump at the ballot box.

I stumped you again with a piece of home truth. I say try it. The worst that can happen is that it doesn't work out.
17 retarded communist revolutions in the 20th century have wrought nothing but DEATH and STUPIDITY! The very OPPOSITE of Progressive as you claim to be.
You've been lied to.
You bought it without an ounce of critical THINKING.
Only feeeeeeelz for you.
You "stumped" yourself.
