Louisana Sen John Kennedy voted no on the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) because republicans don’t want to hand Democrats a win. The GOP does not think of you as equal and never will…remember that when it comes time to vote, ladies.

Equal Rights Amendment? That was back in the late 70's. Are you having a dementia attack or something?
Let's discuss the ERA. I remember this well. I was in college at BYU at the time. One of the members in our Ward at the time said to me that he was for the ERA Amendment going against the Prophet of the Church at the time. Instead of going on attack like Democrats do, I asked him why? He said he believes that women should get paid the same as men for the same work. I said to him, I agree and so does the Prophet of God. He then asked, so why then is the Church not for the ERA? I said, do you believe men and women are congruent (exactly the same)? He said obviously no they aren't. The ERA would make men and women exactly the same. Equality doesn't mean Congruent. Equality allows for differences while allowing for somethings to be the same such as equal pay. But, the ERA was never about recognizing the obvious differences. The woke problems we have now with transgender issues would have taken place 50 years ago had the ERA passed back then.

Let's also be quite clear, equality and equity does not mean the same thing either. Socialists talk about equity, not equality.

Women will never be the same as Men. Feminism and the ERA aren’t about equality, they’re about sameness. Equality, Equity, and Sameness are not interchangeable concepts, as so many in the left would like you to believe.
