Polls can lean left or right, but most reputable polling groups make money based on the accuracy of their polls, not their political leanings.

Regardless, most American voters will be voting their conscience in 2018 and that conscience will be based on the effectiveness of government and whether or not they trust what is coming from "the bully pulpit".
