Rittenhouse hit by another Lawsuit

That mangled arm is the award given for Second Place Kenosha Fast Draw Competition.
Thats accurate. From a pure shooting perspective, he should have quit running because his brain was not focusing on the shoot while moving. Rittenhouse however definitely was, which is pretty impressive actually.

If you are stupid enough to pull on a loaded gun on somebody with an AR that was being attacked by a mob you are damn lucky to get away with only a mangled arm.

No lawyer would take this case on a contingency basis. The chance of success is minimal, and the chance of a settlement is Zero as the defendant doesn't have any money to pay off this nuisance.
We're going to disagree on that.

Post in thread 'Rittenhouse being sued' by Hugo Furst has been reported by progressive hunter. Reason given:
already a thread on this

Content being reported:
"Gaige Grosskreutz, who testified that he pointed a firearm at Rittenhouse before the then-teenager shot Grosskreutz and two others, is seeking economic losses, "damages for emotional distress, humiliation, loss of enjoyment of life, and other pain and suffering on all claims," and punitive damages.Gaige Grosskreutz, who testified that he pointed a firearm at Rittenhouse before the then-teenager shot Grosskreutz and two others, is seeking economic losses, "damages for emotional distress, humiliation, loss of enjoyment of life, and other pain and suffering on all claims," and punitive damages."

Note to morons:

don't hire lawyers when you're high.

Again from a pure shooting perspective he definitely had the shot, but he was not trained/experienced enough to to triple tap. He's within two meters, eyes on target, but he has terrible pistol control.

Rittenhouse was much better in that regard. He has very good area awareness and trigger control throughout the high stress event.

According to his testimony the only experience Kyle had with the AR prior to that night was going out once to his friend's family property and shoot a few rounds at a target a few feet away.

His action that night in dispatching the vicous enemy without inflicting collateral damage is not nothing short of spectacular.

So you're agreeing with me or disagreeing?

I hope this is a loser pays state, where, on having his lawsuit thrown out for being frivolous, the violent subhuman criminal piece of shit Grosskreutz will be on the hook for Mr. Rittenhouse's legal expenses.
