Rubio and Kasich: Trump Promoting an Atmosphere of Violence

"Has the Trump Movement decided that it is time to take their country back by force?"

Trump supporters need to realize that his not just 'their country,' nor is it theirs alone to 'take back.'

'Taking back the country' is as moronic and wrongheaded as 'making America “great” again.'

How are you going to make the country 'whole' again?
By booting every Democrat out of Washington.

Ted Cruz said the same thing. So did David Gergen.

The leader sets the tone.

And the tone Trump has been setting has been to debase the race and amp up his supporters anger.

This is why he does not have the temperament to be President.

He knows how to win ratings, not how to lead the most important nation on earth.

“It is an assault on liberty. I think everyone should have a right to have a rally,” said Corey Bartkus, a Trump supporter, adding that Republicans aren’t shutting down rallies by the Democrat candidates.

well good go vote for them. good gawd almighty
has this place changed it's name? to the Londoner?

The people who showed up to disrupt Trump's rally are primarily responsible for what happened in Chicago. I will never, ever under any circumstance vote for Donald Trump, but he has the right to speak and hold a rally with his supporters.

Having said that, HE is the one who is running to be President of the United States. It is HE who is amplifying anger and encouraging violence against those who show up to disrupt his rallies.

If Trump had any sense of statesmanship at all, he would tone down his rhetoric. Instead, he says he wants to punch people in the face and that he'll pay for people's legal bills if they engage in violence. He singles out reporters at his rallies and calls them "scum."

And his supporters think this is Presidential.

Trump is a demagogue. He is unfit to be President. He has turned this into a World Wrestling circus.

Same rhetoric they've been spewing all along.

They all want to win the White House so badly that they're willing to say anything, even if it means repeating the left's bogus talking points.
