The results were long delayed after the Monday night caucuses, causing sharp critiques, confusion and recriminations.

"I apologize deeply for this," said party chair Troy Price, saying he would soon announce 62% were ready to be reporting.

"We hit a stumbling block on the reporting of the back end of the data," he said, "but we know this data is accurate."

The party, under pressure the modernize the caucuses and make them more transparent, added a new app for reporting results, new ways of reporting results and new back up systems. Those systems failed on Monday night

Too much emphasis on a little fly-over state full of high school grads who don't know how to hire a mobile app developer.
Why in the hell would anybody have an app developed for this in the first place with it's small population of farmers and housewives?
Iowa deserves this.

Volunteers from the Iowa Democratic party are not running for office. Right now, this country is being mismanaged and republicans want to talk shit about a failed app.

But...but...

They hired the best software company they could find in Washington DC. The company is even owned by a Democrat.

:21:

"Shadow Inc. was launched by ACRONYM, a nonprofit corporation founded in 2017 by Tara McGowan, a political strategist who runs companies aimed at promoting Democratic candidates and priorities. McGowan, 34, is married to Michael Halle, a senior strategist for Pete Buttigieg’s presidential campaign, which records show has also paid Shadow Inc. $42,500 for software."

More brilliant insights from the Lame Tweeter. Interestingly enough, for those of us actually interested in facts, of the top cities and towns in Iowa, they average from 1:5 being college educated to almost 6 out of every 10 having some sort of college degree!

And interestingly enough, Iowa ranks 9th in the country in overall educational attainment! Two other interesting facts that come out of the data is that:
  1. California ranks dead bottom in overall percentage of educational attainment.
  2. The district with by far the highest percentage of degrees and advanced degree people is Washington DC! The exact place generally understood to be the very epicenter of both dumbfuckery, stupidity, dishonesty, incompetence, lack of common sense, and where most of our problems originate from in the first place!
Just sayin'. o_O

Bush tried 12 times to get congressional oversight and dems called him a racist ! the lesson learned dont loan money to people with bad credit!

Hmmm... explain this:
"When warned about Fannie Mae in (House Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank (D-MA) criticized the President [Bush] warning saying: "these two entities -- Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac --are not facing any kind of financial crisis....The more people exaggerate these problems, the more pressure there is on these companies, the less we will see in terms of affordable housing." (New York Times, 9/11/03)

But NOW what does Barney say???

For years, Frank was a staunch supporter of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the giant government housing agencies that played such an enormous role in the financial meltdown that thrust the economy into the Great Recession.
But in a recent CNBC interview, Frank told me that he was ready to say goodbye to Fannie and Freddie.
"I hope by next year we'll have abolished Fannie and Freddie," he said. Remarkable. And he went on to say that "it was a great mistake to push lower-income people into housing they couldn't afford and couldn't really handle once they had it." He then added,
"I had been too sanguine about Fannie and Freddie."

Barney Frank admits truth about Fannie

So in case you are not able to understand:
Barney defended Fannie/Freddie after GWB administration warned Congress 17 times the issue of Fannie/Freddie.
Then when Bush administration tried over 17 times in six years to correct FAnnie/Freddie...???
Setting the Record Straight: The Three Most Egregious Claims In The New York Times Article On The Housing Crisis

But Barney, Democrats et.al. defended Fannie/Freddie... Today? Barney said he was wrong!

It's true.

Apparently, Trump unleashed a super secret airborne division on Iowa to sabotage the Democratic party caucus.
