I went to spring training this year in Jupiter, FL, because once a Cardinal fan always a Cardinal fan. And I ran into people I knew from years ago, some still living there in the counties, ie St. Charles, and many over in rural Illinois or rural Missouri now. Its really bad downtown.

Either that or they are so damned weak that they are being overrun by group's that control them and their positions anymore, otherwise it's no different than the cartel's of Mexico, and how they've taken over many once powerful government duties in the communities by way of intimidation and corruption.The DemoKKKrats LOVE this. Filthy and dangerous is their version of Utopia.
