Like I said two years ago, collusion was proven. The Trump Tower meeting proves that with 100% accuracy. So yes, he and everyone else have. It's in the public domain. The Trump Tower meeting happened, along with the other Trump Tower meeting to get polling data. That is a textbook definition of collusion. Now you have an OBVIOUSLY BIASED Democrat who for 2 years has promised President Trump would be removed from office, the goal of the proven / exposed coup attempt, and he is now running the House Intel Committee which he promises to use to continue to investigate and bring down the President despite the Mueller report. We don't know Mueller's opinion yet; we know Barr's partisan interpretation of his long-time friend's report, and Schiff has repeatedly pointed out this example of collusion between Trump's campaign and Russia:

That's a lie. Schiff said there was evidence of collusion. He never said there was evidence beyond a reasonable doubt. They couldn't tie the Russian government up with the lawyer in the Trump Tower meeting. Collusion during the campaign was everywhere. We still haven't gotten a conclusion on Manafort and Gates colluding with Kilimnik to get polling data to the Russian government. We guess that Mueller handed that off to other districts. The same with the Stone case.

The collusion was on the part of the DNC.
