Maybe their underdeveloped brains are still hardwired to their primal side, that they don't sleep as deeply cause they may get eaten by a lion if they do. But no its the white mans fault they don't get a good nights sleep.

The article, which manages to reach nearly 6,000 words, cites several studies, including one conducted at the University of California, San Diego. For the five-year study, researchers hooked 164 human subjects up to a polysomnography machine (which features a brain scanner, eye trackers, breathing sensors and much else). They found that black participants and white participants experienced sleep differently. In a nutshell, the white study subjects achieved slow-wave sleep — which is the really good kind — about 20 percent of the time. Black subjects only reached this quality level 15 percent of the time.

University of Maryland, Baltimore psychologist Danielle L. Beatty Moody suggested that the sleep problems black people experience at night can be attributed to all the racism they encounter during the day.

Hmmm...

... mebbe next time someone about to be robbed or assaulted by a black...

... should ask, "Did you sleep well last night?"

It's amazing that the whites in the study managed 20%. I mean, they are much more likely to get robbed, raped or killed by a black man.

Well this may be the most poorly played race card this week. Can't sleep because of racism.

Couldn't be POOR DIET and obesity could it? That directly affects sleep.

They take any chance....ANY fucking chance...to play a race card.

Racism, and the stress it creates prematurely ages people. Made a thread about it a while back. Presumedly, sleep loss is a related effect.

Racism is an excuse for if the sun doesn't shine on Monday. It is all PC nonsense, and a way to keep you quiet, period.

You really have to wonder how 75% of the population, puts up with a myth to keep them feeling guilty. Do we understand that the whole idea is for you to believe that while you are not racist, your neighbor is, lol. Surprise, under the PC indoctrination, your neighbor thinks the same thing of you, lol. And that is exactly why this fantasy continues, because instead of getting with your neighbors and telling these people to go pound sand, you want to keep your head down, and instead, offer your wallet. And the left continues its drive to that special place that even if we all decide to finally demand that enough is enough, we won't be able to stop the PC police, and then not only your wallets will stay up for grabs, but you won't be able to hide your head either. When they CRACK it, it will be because of racism, on YOUR PART no less.

Speed cycles also cause sleep loss. Crack and meth too.

But how is that different from the stress that others suffer from? Stress is stress. Period. Everyone suffers from it, to one degree or another. This study is pure BS.
