What is actually happening right now is that someone experiencing symptoms can tell their doctor who will then write an order for a lab to administer the test. Trump did not mean that anyone can pick up a free test at Walgreens.

Look at it this way: A shortage of test kits, no toilet paper or bottled water on the shelves, events being cancelled, people going crazy......

It's like a Bernie Sanders test run.
