So it's a quota program eh ?DEI is about hiring qualified people of color. Only you racists have tried making that stale claim about unqualified people of color passing over better qualified whites. In the history of this nation unqualified whites have been hired before more qualified people of color time and time again.
What does it matter the color of a person skin as long as they are qualified or can be trained to become qualified regardless of ?
And don't tell me that when any of us (be it black or white) walk into a buisness in a very diverse area, and we see an (all black or all white staff working), that something isn't rotten in Demark.
Unless a geographical area exist where a white or a black majority lives largely within the area, otherwise where you have one color or another dominating as a majority living within a hiring or work place area, then I'd say that preferential hiring practices are probably not in play in cases like that.
The way you look at it all, is that preferential hiring of minorities should stay front and center in this country, otherwise keep the quota programs going because repayment for the past has not been achieved yet. Your constant rhetoric screams this everyday all day in this forum. Problem for you is that due to generational change out, you are losing those who you seek to blame for the past, but that doesn't matter to someone like you because it's just a political football that you keep throwing down line in hopes for a blow out.
