What a shame... There are plenty of Russian-speaking population in Ukraine. Why they choose the women, speaking with a little, but distinguishable Ukrainian accent? Another moment - they said that they are from Bashkiria, but as far as I can see from that low-quality video, all those women have Slavic faces, no one is Bashkirian.
