Why would any business want to set up shop in downtown Seattle if they have to assume the risk of a domestic terrorist takeover? Seattle is already known for high taxes? What are business owners getting in return?

I strolled through the CHAZ/CHOP area a few times...some of the the things I noticed were the street venders...selling coffee...sandwiches..vegan cookies..etc. they were making money hand over fist..There are not a lot of businesses in the area....the ones i did see were doing business.

the thing is..in Seattle this is considered as great fun....a big protest/street fair. No domestic terrorists.....they view it as America in action..the police dept. has an entire squad dedicated to these sorts of things.
