Just as Trump was never a politician let's remember that this is a brand new role for Melania Trump as well. The security surrounding her has to be overwhelming and I can't imagine going from a life of extraordinary freedom to one that must feel oh-so-boxed-in. Other first ladies had time to get used to the lifestyle of a politician's wife. They probably had role models as well. I wonder who she has? I wouldn't imagine it being the Bush's. Perhaps Mrs. Pence but I'm conjuring up an image of Green Acres with Mrs. Pence as Hooterville and Melania as Park Avenue.
