Should James Clapper be prosecuted for lying to Congress?

In light of all the recent NSA stories it's become clear that the Director of National Intelligence James Clapper lied to Congress under oath, and thus committed perjury. So, a simple question: Should he be prosecuted for lying to Congress under oath?

If they are caught in a lie, damn right they should be prosecuted. We would be if we did it. They should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and do hard time also.

I am tired of the BS in Washington DC.
