there are a lot of good choices on those lists.....as well as some pretty bad ones.....like the guys who are over 70.....WTF?.....

Ironically, this whole "Regeneration" thing got started because the original Doctor, William Hartnell, was too old to remember his lines.

The Doctor has always referred to it by the Feminine pronoun. There was also that episode where they put the TARDIS's awareness in a humanoid body.

he was only in his late 50's.....he was suffering from arteriosclerosis, and thats why he was having the memory problems....
