Today I looked closely in the mirror and I am damn skinny looking
Skinny legs , skinny arms , avg shoulders and zero chest muscles and zero abs , ok clave, no glutes and back

Is this just me or is the physique gross and unattractive??

My mom says it’s because I don’t eat or work out and my Jewish genes.

You're probably fat-skinny. In medical parlance that's called normal weight obesity.

Go to a fitness center, sign up, and get a routine going.

You will be hooked within the month.

When i was young i was 141 pounds when i went into the military, had a 28 in waist. Didnt get much from the feminine side because no woman wanted a guy who would fall over in a strong wind. But then along came this wonder equipment, have been using it for 20 years now, and am in very good condition.
