She is smart not to do so. It is a good strategy to embark on because Christie has shown he has a little Benedict Arnold in him as he has embraced Obama on issues several times. One thing Governor Palin states and she is right on the money is that there no Ronald Reagan on the scene today. The only person that has freedom loving values and a staunch conservative ideology that is similar to him today would be Sarah Palin. She is the type of person that would save this country from the depths of communism, a place where we are headed.

McDonnell, Christie Reject Campaign Help From Sarah Palin

Sarah Palin is ready to jump into close gubernatorial races in Virginia and New Jersey, but Politico reports that Republican candidates do not seem to want her help. Both Bob McDonnell in Virginia and Chris Christie in New Jersey have politely declined or ignored Palin's offer of her star power and crowd-drawing presence, which would almost certainly raise the stakes in their tight races.

Palin has the highest profile of the potential 2012 Republican candidates but has not campaigned in the two states. Mitt Romney and Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty have appeared in both states; Mike Huckabee and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal have stumped in Virginia.

"The governor offered her assistance with both races," Palin spokeswoman Meg Stapleton said. "The ball is in their court."

McDonnell's campaign offered a conciliatory statement explaining why he did not accept Palin's offer. A spokesperson for Christie's campaign, asked if the former Alaska governor had been invited to stump, flatly said "no."

No. That plan was in effect back in the late 70s. What she did was stop oil companies from sitting on leases that was owned by the people of Alaska.

Break loose? How many times she need to break out and do her own thing now?
You are perfect for her. Take all your money for nothing

She had to hold in tight on the 2012's it was understood. I wish she hadn't but the past is the past.

If she'd come out full boar against Romney well hells bells I wish she had of and the rest of us well we tried to back for one last freaking time a Republicans.

Wrong. She joined the Democrats in Alaska and put a windfall profits tax on Alaska oil.

Sarah Palin like most conservatives know that Chris Christie is not a conservative. He's a republican but not a conservative which is why he never gets invited to CPAC.

Who gets invited to CPAC is apropos of nothing.

No far right reactionary will be nominated for Pres, or even VP this time.

It's over for the reactionaries.

Wisdom and experience has taught Palin and other conservatives well in that no matter who is the (R) nominee, Democrats and the media are going to smear and spew vitriolic attacks on the candidate saying he is racist and extreme. Why go with a candidate like Christie who falsely believes he can capitulate and be liked?
