My Niece attended a Liberal/Socialist Indoctrination college. For 80+K in student loans she learned how medieval shoes were dyed purple. She told us this last Christmas while boring everyone to death about how great Socialism is.
The other day I met her again.
She has gone into a soup and sandwich business with a kiosk in a strip mall.
I brought up the poll that many millennials her age say they embrace Socialism over Capitalism.
She said: "I don't have time to talk about it now. I've got to get to the food wholesaler before nine".

I think every generation bemoans the latter ones still wet behind the ears... Liberal Education is a euphemism for indoctrination into progressivism, in most cases, but what these 'kids' do have going for them is an interconnected savvy w/ each other and the world that is lost on even the likes of me, a genXer in my 30's. They'll figure it out, carving a niche out, as we all have, but in their own unique way... IMHO, lol; they're not even interested in getting drivers licenses ASAP, cars, bonfires & beer etc. kind of bizarre...
