Are they human sperm or not?
Yes or no will suffice.
They're human cells, not a whole lot different than cutting off a piece of skin. Sperm cells will die apart from the body, just like skin cells. The only difference is that a sperm has a chance to create a human life with another human cell.
But, you know this, you're just being a dipshit.
As it so happens, an early term fetus will also die apart from the body.
But no matter - let's stick to the issue at hand - sperm.
You are saying sperm "will die". That means for a period they are not dead - and thus - alive. Since you admit they are human - and alive at least for a period - that means they are a form of human life, does it not?
Human + alive = human life.
For the love of all that is holy, you flatlining oxygen thief, go look up the word "organism" and stop wasting everyone's time.
"Human in origin" is not the same thing as "a human being", and it boggles my mind that anyone could be so fucking stupid that he/she/it doesn't even realize what a fool he/she/it is making of itself. You're like an Alzheimer's patient, standing in the middle of a room, pissing down your leg and not knowing it while everyone around you looks uncomfortable and sidles out the door.
Don't even bother responding with one of your triumphant "But what about THIS piece of ignorant shit I've come up with out of my bottomless lack of education?! Aha!" The answer is now, and always will be, "Look up the word "organism", you walking advertisement for euthanasia".
