I assume there is a direct correlation between how much they make after leaving
and how much BS they had to dish out.

If they know a lot of the "skeletons in the closet' stuff they had to BS over
then they get good, gravy jobs.

If they don't have that much good stuff
they write a book and hope someone buys it
