Why did Trump cut the Afghan government out of the negotiations, and essentially hand the country over to the Taliban? I do know that we also expected the Afghan National army to be doing the bulk of the fighting. And no , i am not up to date on individual battles and skirmishes that took place in 2020.. and why they happened. maybe you can enlighten us all with your expertise, but I do know that if Trump was the president he wouldnt have left our allies in the middle of the night and left the Afghans surprised and in dissary.

THAT was not required to happen in the event of a troop pullout. It needed to be done in an efficient and strategically coordinated way. That is exactly why Trump left at least 2500. It was up to Biden to begin thinking about moving out American citizens all year long.
