States have obligation to ignore SCOTUS ruling on SSM

[
Try committing this to memory:

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.

..

The key phrase in the Supremacy Clause is "made in pursuance there of". Only constitutional federal laws are supreme. And who decides that? The constitution doesn't say and that means, by the tenth amendment" the authority to rule whether a law is constitutional or not rests with the states. THINK

The Tenth Amendment says that states have any power not prohibited to them by the Constitution.

States cannot decide whether laws are constitutional. If that were the case then states could have whatever gun laws they pleased and the 2nd amendment be damned.

Case law has definitively decided that the SCOTUS has the power of judicial review, which makes it constitutional.

Only a cult of nuts like you think the courts don't have the power of judicial review.

Ignorant nonsense.

Supreme Court rulings are the law of the land, law the states are subject to.
No they are legislations from the bench.

That's what they are when you don't like them.
No, that's what they are now.

SCOTUS decisions are case law. Period.
LMFAO... really?

Is that why the muslim in the black house ignores them?

" The constitution doesn't say and that means, by the tenth amendment" the authority to rule whether a law is constitutional or not rests with the states" has been long a silly, wrong statement. Judicial Review and the 14th Amendment replaced that thinking because far too many states failed to protect its citizens.

States cannot decide whether laws are constitutional. If that were the case then states could have whatever gun laws they pleased and the 2nd amendment be damned.

What's wrong with that? Why do you trust the feds to write good gun laws but not the states? THINK

That's circular reasoning. You say courts have authority to write laws because they say they do!!!

Why does the constitution say only congress can write laws.?

Go back and read, son, you are wrong. And you are wrong about case law, rulings, and SCOTUS. Your lack of understanding is monumental.

Not a chance with the squad from the Y. Other than American Legion, have you found a league that will have you?
