Steam Support SUCKS!!!

A week I had disabled Steam Guard then re-enabled it, suddenly I needed to reauthorize my computers, no problem, get the code via email, punch it in and log in....... Right? Nope, no code sent to my registered email, not blocked and not in my spam folder.........
Tried numerous times, no luck, okay, go to support and generate a ticket...... right? Log into my support account (different from my regular account) get to "Step 1", select the information....... okay....... now what? No continue or next button......
Ummmmmmm no contact email or phone number okay, sent two email messages to Valve...... no response. Okay, file a complaint with BBB, maybe they'll respond to that....... Not yet......
This is bullshit.
 
Finally my problem was fixed today. Was able to get a hold of someone with Valve (the parent corporation) a week ago, was contacted via email by a support tech. I answered the questions to prove it was my account and (finally) 3 days later I had an email with a new password.
