STEM EXPRESS CUTS TIES WITH PLANNED PARENTHOOD AFTER VIDEO

StemExpress, a biomedical company that has admitted to working with Planned Parenthood in California in the retrieval of body parts and organs of aborted babies, has said it will cut its ties with the nation’s largest abortion provider.

In the wake of undercover investigative videos showing Planned Parenthood top medical personnel discussing the harvesting of body parts of aborted babies for potential sale to StemExpress and other companies, StemExpress has become entangled in what could be Planned Parenthood’s illegal trafficking of fetal tissue and organs, reports Politico.

Governors in Arkansas, Utah Take Sharp Action Against Planned Parenthood: ‘The Allegations…Are Deeply Troubling’

Two Republican governors ordered agencies in their states to cut ties with Planned Parenthood Friday, contending the abortion provider no longer represents the values of their states.

The move comes after the Center for Medical Progress, a group that bills itself as an organization of “citizen journalists dedicated to monitoring and reporting on medical ethics,” released another undercover video this week purporting to reveal how Planned Parenthood profits off the sale of aborted fetus parts.

Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson said that it was “apparent that after the recent revelations on the actions of Planned Parenthood, that this organization does not represent the values of the people of our state and Arkansas.”

“The allegations against Planned Parenthood are deeply troubling.”

Utah Gov. Gary Herbert similarly ordered agencies in his state to stop acting as intermediaries to funnel funds to the group.

looks like they chose to separate themselves at this time so as not to jeopardize PP funding...

Both the House Energy and Commerce committee and the Senate Judiciary committee have asked StemExpress to explain its practices and relationship with Planned Parenthood.

The founder and CEO of StemExpress, Cate Dyer, is also the sister of Charlotte Ivancic, the health policy director of House Speaker Rep. John Boehner (R-OH).
