Would it be impolite to point out that on our way to fascism and all that the administration could modify and reissue a constitutional order in two days tops? Or would that ruin the narrative that the enemy was not piss poor preparation and presentation by the government lawyer but instead was some commie plot on the part of three judges? Three judges who given the terrible evidence in front of them HAD to rule this way? I would advise the administration to reissue IMMEDIATAE

Would it be impolite to point out that the administration could reissue a constitutional order in less than forty eight hours if they wanted to? Or is it too much fun to divide our nation and call people fascists? Instead of complaining about Democrats, we should be complaining about the piss poor preparation and presentation of the government's lawyers. They were schooled by a Washington state solicitor who looks like he's fourteen. The judges weren't the problem here, nor is creeping fascism in anyone's mind. The problem was lack of planning. The judges were left with no choice on the briefs and argument.

We can have an order in place in two days that protects us, but we're barking at each other. Interestingly, I would note that you are complaining that people are being fascists for wanting the executive branch to be checked by a coequal branch of government. While I want a vetting order in place, I can't stand that irony.
