Indeed.

This is a Court dominated by blind partisan conservative ideologues who seek to increase the authority of the state at the expense of individual liberty, pursuing an agenda hostile to privacy and reproductive rights.
Individual liberty & Reproductive rights involves two identities - mothers and fetuses.

Sounds like good grounds for disbarment.

Goody, America. More dead babies. Dance around in joy.

We are ripe for Judgment. My own opinion: the big CA earthquake. I have no inside information on that; not claiming "God told me" (no, ick). But it would track right along.
And that big California earthquake (not if, but when) just about anywhere along the northern San Andreas fault, will trigger the collapse of hundreds of earth levees in the delta area, thereby allowing the agricultural lands they protect to flood, triggering a chain of events that would pull salt water from the Bay area into the delta, and contaminate the drinking water supply for half the population of California. And the ramification of that ? According to University of California Geologist, Jeffery Mount, it is shutting off the water supply for 25 million people for 2-3 years, and triggering the largest mass evacuation of people in US history. HUGE catastrophe.

The delta streams provide 1/2 the drinking water of California, from San Francisco to Los Angeles. They flow into a massive reservoir 89 miles southeast of San Francisco called the Clifton Forebay. According to Doug Thompson of the California Dept.of Water Resources, if it wasn't for this system, California would be "dry down south".

The water is pumped into a 440 mile long series of aqueducts delivering to southern California, its drinking water. This whole fragile system would be pretty secure if it wasn't for one thing > Earthquakes.

A quake that is large and near the delta, would knock out the delta levees, and pull salt/brackish water from San Francisco Bay to the Clifton Forebay (California's water supply). Here's the likely scenario. A 6.7 quake with an epicenter close to the delta occurs. The levee foundations turn to mush creating sinkholes, collapsing the levees. The sunken island farmlands are turned into salty seas, after a few days. The islands flooding is so powerful, it pulls 300 Billion gallons of salt water inland, all the way to Clifton Forebay, which then has to close its gates, to prevent contamination of the reservoir.

California would have to ration the water in the Forebay, but it would run out in about 6 months, and it would take 2-3 years for the delta to return to normal (assuming perfect conditions that whole time, ie. no earthquakes). Bay area experts say there's a 66% chance that a 6.7 earthquake or a large flood will take down the levees some time over the next 30 years. The 1989 (world series) quake (6.9) just missed. It was centered in Boulder Creek , CA, about 120 miles southwest of the delta.

COST to fix ? Authorities estimate it will take $25-40 Million per square mile to quake-proof the delta levees. Money that California does not have. It would have to come from the federal government. So what is California doing about this catastrophe waiting to happen ?

They are giving away Millions$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, as reparations to blacks who never lived a day under slavery or Jim Crow, while funding various welfare programs to a continuous inflow of illegal aliens (soon to become much worse) as California's budget continues to hemmorage.

Harming young children and teenagers by toxic injection is urged by the government. What a fucked up world.
So you believe young children and teenagers should be having babies. I don't think so. The main reason we're begining to have all these crazy conversations is because even the people's of the advanced nations are feeling the affects of overpopulation on a dying planet. That last thing we need in this world is more people. The whole world should adopt the one child per family model now before it gets even worse. Abortion needs to be encouraged even more and access should be improved and make it no cost. These women are saving the planet since men can't seem to keep it in their pants. Banning Viagra would be another step in the right direction.

Reaction from abortion-rights groups was swift. “The Supreme Court’s decision is a huge relief, but we’re not out of the woods yet,” said Nancy Northup, head of the Center for Reproductive Rights, adding that the Texas ruling blocking access to mifepristone had “sowed chaos, confusion and panic.”
Today SCOTUS good.

When and if the earthquake occurs, it will be a catastrophe and there's no way to deal with a catastrophe until it happens. Do all the planning you want, it might help but it won't stop what is destined to be. There are no guarantees in this world, I hope you realize that. In the meantime enjoy life, it's all you got.

As long as you realize an embryo and a fetus is not a baby or any type of person,
Thousands of people have unanimously expressed DISagreement with that notion. They are the thousands of adults whose mothers considered aborting them years ago, but decided to give birth.

Then you have the many pro-choice folks, as they call themselves (the pre-born PERSON does not have a "choice"). Every one of them is here to protest, because their mothers DID NOT have an abortion.

It's not murder if done in a state where it's legal.

Oh, and if they are in the womb, they are fetuses not babies.
Really?

The scientific evidence, however, overwhelmingly concludes just the opposite: The preborn child in her mother's womb — she's not just a "fetus," she's a baby.

So the wishes of even just one woman counter everything you've said, it's called choice and people in a free nation have that right.

Glad you used the x-ray of a third trimester fetus otherwise you wouldn't have anything to show. Fortunately most abortions occur long before them. 50% occur before the embryo is 1 inch long and a third of it's body length is it's tail. Some " baby " you got there, more like a deformed tadpole.

It must be convenient to find and use someone else's opinion to support your own opinion.

In a free nation the pre-born PEOPLE have much more right to be born and have life, than pregnant women have to prevent them from being born.

Generally, for the pregnant women, it is a matter of convenience. For the pre-born people, it is a matter of life & death. Just ask those thousands of adults whose mothers considered aborting them years ago, but decided to give birth.

In 10 weeks, fetuses have heads eyes, nose, mouth, arms, hands, fingers, hips, legs, feet, and toes.
