Now that Bachmann has announced she will not run for reelection she will be free to speak without regard as to the effect on some campaign. Papa Doc obama has to start shutting her up now.

According to Waldron, the congresswoman's campaign improperly used funds from the super PAC to pay a fundraising consultant ahead of the 2012 Iowa caucuses.

If there really was a violation they would have found it after a year and a half.

Actually, extending the investigation means the investigators have found enough evidence of wrongdoing in the initial investigation for K. Michael Conaway to decide to spend a bunch more taxpayer money on keeping the investigation open.
