His silly bill has nothing to do with assisting anybody in any way. He just wants to make it impossible for movie companies to sell their product in China. "Citizen Kane" is known to be one of the best movies ever made, and I have watched it many times. What is so unAmerican about the people paying to make a movie having something to do with what is in it?
