The reason Trump can't use Executive Privilege on Comey is because of his tweets. Once he started publicly denouncing Comey and tweeting out comments about Comey--it was game over on the Executive Privilege.

Now Comey has the right to defend himself and answer specific questions regarding these Presidential tweets and public comments.

Since this has now turned into a criminal investigation--you are supposed to keep your mouth shut--and turn off that dam twitter account. Trump will only implicate himself further into this Russian investigation and those tweets will be used against him.

The source they both quote did not say that trump would tweet Comey's testimony. That's just stupid and its what we have TV for.

The live TV coverage will give us Comey's testimony.

They have told him that--Trump rolls EVERYONE. Right now there are lawyers that won't represent Trump because they'll tell him not to tweet or say anything--and he goes right out and does it anyway.

I am certain EVERYONE in his administration has told him to stop churning out tweet comments--it's been more than 5 months and he won't stop.

I believe he's got this infatuation with himself that is soooo yuuuuugge he thinks that he can do anything, say anything, tweet anything and get away with it. An attitude like "everyone loves me" so it's O.K. An attitude that I know more about everything than anyone else--so I am not going to heed to their advice. I just think he's been able to buy so many people off in his lifetime, that he thinks he can do it with this.
