Of course the Mexican government isn't going to write a check to pay for the wall; however, the money saved at both the federal and state level by bringing our border under control will more than make up for the cost of the wall.

Use drones and invisible fence monitors while punishing the governments that supply the cartel with what they need is the better option while punishing the employer…
