Of course, now that the fight is in the courts where Trump can defend himself with lawyers and the law, vs Democrats convicting him in their corrupt news media the actual facts are coming out. The point of statute of limitations is not that guilt can not be prosecuted due to time, but that clearly it shows there is no victim, the prosecution is frivolous, and along with the shear quantity, amounts to a deliberate attempt to criminally violate an elections.
