Hillary is attempting to make Trump's giving of bribes, at least one illegal one from his family foundation to FL AG Bondi was caught, equivalent to Hillary's acceptance of bribes again through her family foundation. That is a dumb move.

Doheny in the teapot dome scandal was acquited of giving the bribes that at least one cabinet secretary went to jail for accepting. The same evidence was used in both trials. That is the mountain she has chosen to climb and that will not end well for her. Accepting a bribe is much bigger crime than giving one which can be passed off as extortion.

She justified her lack of recollection by citing her concussion and brain clot. Proving that you can get an incompetency ruling at the drop of a hat is NOT exoneration. It does mean that prosecuting you is not possible. The FBI decided not to prosecute when the defendant was not competent to stand trial, which is pretty standard.

The FBI has stated that no laws or rules were broken by Hillary. You can make opinions that she was "unsafe" or careless...but you cannot make a criminal charge against her, especially after the FBI has publicly stated no laws or rules were broken.
