The Flynn Affair Could Bring Down Trump’s Presidency

This is a nothing burger. Now the leaker(s) may go to prison, this blowing up in the Dem's face would be typical.
So the leakers will go to jail for exposing the truth of a lying Trump regime.

Does that bug you? Break the law go to jail, if it rids government of some liberal back stabbers all the better.
And lying will get you IMPEACHED!!!!

You're not impeaching Trump so get over it. Tissue? :itsok:

Explain how this is a violation of Flynn's constitutional rights.

Private citizens don't have a right to privacy?

Yes, they do, but you haven't explained how this is unconstitutional. What part of the Constitution does this violate and why? Explain please, because you are the one that made the claim, and I want to hear your views as to why.

Don't you have to break the law to bring down a presidency?

It's not like Susan Rice, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, Lois Lerner or Hillary Clinton are in power daily committing felonies like they did and having Obama Bin Lying sweep them under the rug.

So you aren't going to get help there, so what is a liberal to do? Start a riot and burn down some more cities? Stage a coup? Join Isis and ask for their help?

You know, I find it funny as hell that Trump and his supporters are pointing to the leaks and saying how bad and terrible they are.

Only problem is, they are forgetting to mention the event that the leak was about, they are just screaming about the leak.

Trump liked it when Wikileaks was putting out all that stuff on Hillary, but now the shoe is on the other foot, he isn't so happy about leaks.

Well the difference is, Wikileaks isn't the CIA. Wikileaks isn't an agency of the fucking US government. Julian Asange isn't an American citizen on US soil who can be charged prosecuted.

This isn't a matter of being "happy with leaks" at all... it's a matter of Constitutional rights which should concern EVERYONE! Do we now live in an age where our government can spy on us and then publicly destroy us with the information they uncover?

You know, today on the news, I heard some people say that there is a possibility that Flynn was acting on his own as a rogue agent.

Trump threw him under the bus, color me surprised.

Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized

You're right, Wikileaks and the CIA are two totally different things. But, in the election Trump gave great credibility to Wikileaks and the Trump supporters took what came off that site as gospel.

Now, Trump has said that the intelligence community isn't reliable and cannot be trusted because they are all political operatives.

Trump's America, where Wikileaks is trusted more than the CIA.

You'll need a new career, your Law career isn't going to work out for you.

"The Fourth Amendment originally enforced the notion that “each man’s home is his castle”, secure from unreasonable searches and seizures of property by the government. It protects against arbitrary arrests, and is the basis of the law regarding search warrants, stop-and-frisk, safety inspections, wiretaps, and other forms of surveillance, as well as being central to many other criminal law topics and to privacy law."

I do so enjoy setting you kids up like that.

The Privacy Act of 1974 prevents unauthorized disclosure of personal information held by the federal government.

A person has the right to determine what sort of information about them is collected and how that information is used.

The Fourth Amendment protects privacy against unreasonable searches.

If he had been making a phone call that was made to another in this country, you may have a point, but he was making a phone call to Russia, and to people who were ALREADY BEING MONITORED. Flynn just got caught up in something he should have known better than to do.
