Obama was elected by the lowest common denominator in this country.

Someone should confront him about the standard practice of Democrat gerrymandering that literally happens after every census regardless of whether Democrats control state governments or not.

They have to to prevent rioting from blacks and Hispanics.

That is how multicultural societies can pretend to thrive.

Redistricting order could mean big changes in Hampton Roads

Which means the voting rights act makes sure that Democrats ALWAYS have completely Democratic districts, no matter what Republicans do.

It also means that white voters can and will be disenfranchised by Democrat redistricting.
