Who killed the drunken cop.?
On the one hand she was probably being abused by him. He is a cop. a drunk and Irish.

On the other hand the conspiracy theory is being pushed by a friend of hers.

Since the evidence was found on the tail light, I assume she backed into him without realizing it.

Well hair on a tail light would be kind of unusual, but freak accidents happen. I repeatedly rammed my dad's car backing up one time before I realized what was what. Basically I was backing up a below grade driveway in a truck where you could sometimes get caught on the hump unless you really gave it some gas and his car was parked in the street with the back end sticking across the driveway. I couldn't see it, assumed it was that damn hump and kept pulling forward and backing up over and over until I finally just floored it after which the sound of shattering vehicles caught my attention LOL.

Certainly not. She didn't hit him, the whole thing is a travesty from a totally corrupt police force and DA office.
