. . . the changes always seem to come around.

We have real discussions in our extended family about proper medical care.

A Short History of Medicine

"Doctor, I have an earache."
2000 B.C. "Here, eat this root."
1000 B.C. "That root is heathen, say this prayer."
A.D. 1850 "That prayer is superstition, drink this potion."
A.D. 1940 "That potion is snake oil, swallow this pill."
A.D. 1985 "That pill is ineffective, take this antibiotic."
A.D. 2000 "That antibiotic is artificial. Here, eat this root."

Ever seen the bottom of a cows tit?
Come over to my house and I'll show it to ya.
I was born on a farm and ranch and we had a small dairy.

Unlike you, we did not take subsidies.

We have leased out the land now for many years.

No agwelfare for us.

tyroneweaver, you have admitted you receive agricultural subsidy payments.

Are you now saying you did not. And we are off OP because of personal attacks because you are unhappy with yourself.

Speaking of tradition and distrust of new fangled things like electric milking machines (although my Dad worked with the team that designed one of the first successful contraptions at UCDavis), have any of you, as a young'un, been instructed personally how to plant root crops in the dark of a moonless night. Both my wife and I were taught such as kids.
