That's why the left do things like praise the Cuban healthcare system. Everyone has the same difficulty obtaining an aspirin equally.

When we are born, we are born with assigned chromosomes, and some of us are handsome, some of us are ugly. Some are short, some are tall. There is no equality.

So the left have invented this alternate fantasyland where you get to be whatever you want to be. A short white male can be a tall Asian woman and you're a bigot if you don't go along with their delusion.

And we certainly cannot have bathrooms, changing rooms and showers that defy these delusions.

Justice Dept. warns North Carolina to ditch bathroom law or possibly lose millions in federal funding
May 4, 2016 - "Both you and the state of North Carolina are in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964," the Justice Department told North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory in a letter Wednesday.

The U.S. Department of Justice on Wednesday weighed in with a heavy hand on the controversial bathroom bill for transgender persons that was passed by the state of North Carolina earlier this year -- and may threaten to pull millions of dollars in federal money if it doesn't dump the law. After concluding that the controversial measure violates federal anti-discrimination laws, the Justice Department notified North Carolina Gov. Pat McCrory in a letter Wednesday that he has until Monday to abandon the law, the Charlotte Observer first reported Wednesday. "Both you and the state of North Carolina are in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964," the letter states. "Specifically, the state is engaging in a pattern of practice of discrimination against transgender state employees."

Title VII prohibits the discrimination of employees by employers on the basis of sex, and the letter notes that federal courts and administrative agencies have previously applied that provision to cover transgender workers. Numerous people and businesses have since criticized the state for the law, which could ultimately cost the state even more in lost revenues.

Vanita Gupta, a civil rights attorney who sent the Justice Department letter, called the law "facially discriminatory" because it treats transgender employees differently than "similarly situated" persons who are not transgender. "Please advise the Department, therefore, no later than close of business on May 9, 2016, whether you will remedy these violations ... by confirming that the State will not comply with or implement H.B. 2, and that it has notified employees of the State and public agencies that ... they are permitted to use bathrooms and other facilities consistent with their gender identity," Gupta's letter added.

The Justice Department also sent letters to the North Carolina Department of Public Safety and University of North Carolina, which Justice officials say has violated federal law by implementing H.B. 2, with news of its decision.

May 9, 2016 | Mat Staver, founder and president of the conservative litigation and education group Liberty Counsel, said that some of the people pushing “bathroom” bills to allow biological males to use female showers, locker rooms, and bathrooms, are sexual predators, including “pedophiles.”

"This is a common-sense provision. The fact is we know sexual assaults occur, they are going to occur with or without these laws, there's no question about that,” said Staver on the “Faith and Freedom” radio show on May 9. “People commit sexual assaults. They commit them in buildings. They commit them in restrooms.” “But what you have now done -- knowing that sexual assaults occur, knowing that they occur in these places where women are trapped and they can't get out -- now what we've done, through these laws, is we've opened the door for every rapist and pedophile,” said Staver.

"Frankly, when you look at some of the people behind the North Carolina law and some of these other laws [favoring transgender bathrooms], who are they?” he said. “They have been identified, some of them that have been advocating this, as pedophiles,” said Staver. “Some of this is being financed by those who are actively promoting pedophilia." Back on Feb. 22, the Charlotte City Council in North Carolina voted 7-4 to allow people to use the public bathrooms, locker rooms, and shower facilities that matched their “gender identity.”

In practical terms, a biological male who “identified” as a female could use a public ladies room or changing room and showers under the ordinance. The State Legislature subsequently passed House Bill 2 (HB2) on March 23, which overruled the Charlotte ordinance and made it state law that people must use the public bathroom and locker facility that matches the sex on their birth certificate. HB2 applies to facilities open to the public, including the public schools. The law also states that public buildings can set aside or keep unisex and family bathrooms; it further says that if a transgendered person undergoes sex-reassignment surgery and has the change made on their birth certificate, they can use the facility that matches their “new” sex.

Why does the Justice Department get involved? Why does the federal government come in with mandates? I mean what in the world is it?” he asked.

“It’s the constant driving of the agenda of anti-Christian bias. We’re going to destroy any semblance of the Christian morality that exists in our country, and our government is going to be at the forefront of it. That’s what you’re looking at. It’s one more attempt by the so-called progressives to destroy the Judeo-Christian fabric of America,” Robertson said. “It’s like, who cares? You’ve got certain organs. So if you’ve got those organs, you go to the bathroom designated for people that have that type of equipment. It’s no big deal. I mean why are we making a big cause about it? How many people have to go to a public bathroom anyhow?” he asked.

“If you’ve got some voyeur who likes to look at little girls with no clothes on, and you turn him loose in a female locker room. The whole thing is crazy,” Robertson said,” calling it a breakdown of traditional morality.” “It’s not that a lot of people are being discriminated against - they aren’t - and yet the Justice Department has come out with a ruling that the law in North Carolina is discriminatory, and of course they’d have to prove that in court,” he said. Robertson called for a change in leadership in Washington, saying America is “furious at what’s going on.” “They don’t want this so-called progressive agenda being jammed down their throats,” he said.
